Elements of Basic Movements Course: $150.00 (Waived for Dec. and Jan.)
Why $150.00? Because there are a lot of movements you'll need to learn in the first month. Half of the payment will go to your trainer, the other half goes to the gym to keep the lights on and the bills paid.
Completion of the CrossFit Serious Fitness ‘Elements of Basic Movements’ course is required to be eligible for our Unlimited Monthly Group Training membership. Payment for the course must be received prior to attending your first class.
